Enbrighten55258 Z-Wave Plus In-Wall Smart Fan Control, Gen5, White

I have four same model switches which were bought earlier and work perfectly. Two switches bought for fans in last one year have both stopped working after power failure. If you reset the circuit breaker by turning it off and back on, these start working. So these are defective and GE replaced one by a model 14314 which can handle 1.5 amp instead of 2.5 amp like this model, so the replacement is useless for a fan with more than 1.5 amp load. The second o e is yet to be replaced as I have to call.Update Dec 12,2023 I was mistaken, these switches just stop working without outage as noted above. Poor quality as ones bought in 2018 work fine but ones bought in 2022 and 2023 are defective. Reduced to one star

Purchsed one of these that did not work. Second one did not work either. Both had load/line/neutral/ground connected and meter tested correctly. All that would come out of the switch was 6 volts. First and last time purchasing enbrighton. Going to stick with ge.

It works perfectly fine with Smartthings (no additional drivers needed), although it took a few tries. Overall satisfied with the smart fan control function.

Received this switch which will not get added to SmartThings. Also, the physical button would not work. Reached out tot he seller, and the seller would only refund with return and will NOT replace. Neither good product, nor good seller service.

My whole house is GE Embrighten switched but their fan switches are going to make me change brands. They just don't work. The last one i purchased in April and stopped working mid June. Very, very weak fan switches.
