Very pleased my nails feel stronger, my skin a little better, no changes in my hair

I have only used for a couple of days so I cannot comment on their efficacy so will have to return after using for a while to discuss this. I can however comment on the product appearance and packaging. They arrive in a narrow box making them easy to store in a shelf. The box (which is easy to open given my dexterity issues) is, as you would expect, sealed. Upon removing the seal the tablets are small compared to many but quite thick. However they seem easy to swallow and I struggle with swallowing tablets. We will see over time if they are of any benefit and will will report back in a few months.

Easy to swallow .Not expensive . I have been using these for post menopause hair loss for about a year . I have noticed a difference in hair and nails. Not sure if it was biotin or hurt that made difference but will keep using . These are well presented , easy to swallow and fast and efficient delivery . Worth trying over a year

Was excepted to try these However I haven’t found that they have helped I found that they were a reasonable piece with nice design/packaging But due to the fact I haven’t found them helpful I would recommend Easy to swallow and doesn’t taste bad Box is easy to open (store out of reach of kids tho due to being easy to open) They wanted a review quite quickly after purchase but wanted to wait a while to see if they worked Maybe I could take more a day to see if that helps but I can’t afford the extra money to try it out

These are amazing!!! They have no taste and are easy to swallow. I've always had thick hair but I noticed it was going thin around the hairline and falling out more than normal I put it down to my age 49 but as a hairdresser I was starting to feel paranoid about it. 4 weeks of taking these my hair now feels thicker and I have new hair growth on my hairline also my lashes are the longest they've ever been! I've recommended them to my friends and I will be buying these again. I only noticed the difference this week so give them a chance to work.

Must have been using these for bout 14 months & gradually my hair has stopped falling out and its now glossy & appears slighty thicker. I am pleased about that. My nails have started to re grow too.

I never write reviews as I'm a busy mum of 2 and just don't bother. Reason for buying them - I wore tape in hair extensions and felt that after taking these out I had lost a lot of hair and it wasn't too healthy. Had you get it into a Bob and that just isn't my style so wanted something that would speed up my hair growth so I could get some length again! I bought these in July and didn't really take them regularly but at the beginning september I started taking them every night before bed. At first I didn't see any difference but all of a sudden my hair has thickened out and grown about 2 inches. People are asking if I'm wearing hair extensions and that my hair looks thicker.
