This gel pack is very effective either hot or cold. Helps to relieve joint pain and is big enough to cover a good size on your body. Shame I have lost one as I left it too long in the microwave and it busted, so will have to rely on the only one remaining.

How have I lived without these for so long? These are usually always stored in my freezer. I didn't realise how affective these were to use until I had them.

Excellent for cooling injured muscles. Even fully frozen, they mold to the shape of the area to which they are applied. I haven't used them to apply heat, but that is possible.

A useful addition to the home first aid kit. Nice and flexible to wrap around hands, knees ect

Good value can't fault

Bought for a relative with knee problems, these packs don't take up much space in the freezer and are flexible enough to wrap around a limb. Definitely better than using frozen peas as had been recommended previously to her.

These are a fantastic buy. Still flexible once frozen, so you can wrap them where you need them. Throw away those bags of peas & buy these instead!
