Great value compared to buying in capsules and so much easier to take.

It's a bit too soon to see if it helps but I like that it's a powder form, which is easier to digest for me. The quality and value is good. It doesn't have any distinctive taste but an unusual smell which is bearable for me anyway.

Just started to use this with my creatine in the morning so hopefully will help with recovery.

This is the Calcium bound HMB which is less readily absorbed than the free form and an adequate dose of 3g (4 servings as per their label) means 620mg of calcium intake which is over 50% of RDA. An adequate amount of magnesium is required to prevent health issues, an ideal ratio of Ca:Mg is 1.7-2.6.

Good product and swift delivery

Très bien

Das HMB-Pulver von Bulk ist hoch weiß und fast staubig. Beim Einfüllen in Wasser löst es sich nicht auf, sondern schwimmt oben. Entweder im Shaker kurz vermischen oder mit einem Löffel verrühren. Das geht schnell und von dem Pulver ist im Wasser nichts mehr zu sehen. Der Geschmack ist für Aminosäuren und deren Ableger typisch bitter. In einem Protein-Drink nicht zu bemerken. Auf Grund einer ärztlich verordneten mindestens 2-jährigen Therapie habe ich wegen der verabreichten Arzneimittel eine ungünstige Veränderung des Stoffwechsels. Die Therapie führt u.a. zwangsläufig zu Muskelschwund und Fettaufbau. Ich mache sehr viel Sport, was da leider nicht viel hilft. Mein Fettanteil ist in kurzer Zeit um 2% gestiegen und mein Muskelanteil um 1% gesunken – trotz Sport und angepasster Ernährung. Zwar ist es wissenschaftlich nicht belegt, aber das HMB-Pulver soll anti-katabol wirken. Nach knapp einem Monat der Anwendung morgens, mittags und abends ist mein Stoffwechsel tatsächlich etwas stabilisiert. Der Fettanteil ist wieder um 2% gesunken und der Muskelanteil wieder um 1% gestiegen. Somit liege ich wieder auf vorherigem Niveau. Da es erst so ist, seit dem ich das HMB-Pulver nehme, gehe ich von dessen positive Wirkung für mich aus und werde es beibehalten. Somit ist das HMB für mich voll 5 Sterne wert.
