Has virtually no flavor, which is what you want. Seems to absorb into whatever you're mixing it into pretty well, don't expect it to be completely absorbed - I've tried out about 6 different creatines and they all don't get fully absorbed into your drinks.

Love this product. I mix it in my smoothie. Easy to mix, I haven’t experienced any side effects.

I've been taking creatine for quite a few months now and I've noticeably improved on lifting and increased the total amount of reps for each set I perform. I have way more muscle endurance and my workouts feel so much better. I haven't noticed any side effects at all other than having to drink some more water than usual. I am very picky with what I buy and I'll stick to this brand for providing Creapure creatine.

Added a scoop to my gatorade before a bike ride. Put the cap on and shook it up, quickly mixed and dissolved. Post workout added some to a protein shake, no flavor. Perfect way to supplement with creatine pre/post workout.

Ok, this creatine does not dissolve easily, unflavored, comes with a long plastic spoons while I replaced to an shortened spoon because it was harder to try to close the lid because of the long handle,I takes 5g ( per instruction) 1st thing in the morning, then waited about 30 minutes before start working out,This is the 2nd brand of creatine I bought because I wanted to compared the 2, ( also because the other brand were out of stock ), anyway; as I mentioned earlier tgis creatine does not dissolve easily, have to really stir with 4g - 6g of cold water, even that I have to added a bit more water in order the get the rest of it after I drink it down, ( 1st time 4-6g of water ) then added more water for the 2nd time, it’s mess up but that’s the only for me to consume the full 5g needed. ( the instructions says 5g with cold water ) so make sure is cold or room temp water not hot water. Would I buy it again; well; consider it’s one of the needed supplement for weight lifting, yes I would if I have no other choice; no other brand available?! If not I would recommend other brand just because I think the quality ( unless they can / needs to make improvement.

What's not to like? It's Creapure, the best there is, rather than some junk from China. Price is okay and shipment was fast. No complaints on my end. I'll buy it again.

The product was not sealed correctly and the powder was leaking out. According a to the policy “This item is not eligible for return” I strongly don’t recommend buying it if you can’t return it.
