INSGB - Satin Edge Ingrown Toe Nail Lifter

This product helped me almost cure my ingrown toe nail problem within few days. It would give best results if you use it after bath/ after soaking your toenail in water for 15-30mins. With this I could lift the deep corners of my ingrown toenails very easily and then after lifting it I cut the sides of nail carefully with a blade. You might use a ingrown toenail clipper/scissors if you have(quite a few are available from amazon.uk) - since using blade is a bit risky(chances of cutting the soft tissues). I could never lift the corner/sides of my toenail so easily before I got this product. This product has a unique design which helps you lift the ingrown edges of the nails very easily. Also I would like to add that this product seem to be made of high quality stainless still- so it's definitely worth the money. I couldn't find anything similar in India so ordered it online from amazon.uk and got it within 15 days. Good service by Amazon.uk.

Good buy! Definitely an indispensable item for a pedicure kit! It does not hurt to remove the nail from the flesh with it. On the contrary, gives a sense of relief. Then you only need to cut the corner of the nail with pliers! I recommend watching some videos on YouTube to learn how to properly trim toenails!

Bought this to help lift up the corner of one of my toenails which has become in grown. So glad I did, I have been going to a podiatrist for several months to have the nail trimmed to ease the pain. This was getting expensive, I had to find something which would help correct the nail growth. I am glad to say that this inexpensive bit of kit has done the trick. I managed to gently lift the corner of the nail which was causing the issue thus correcting the growth of the nail. No further problems with my nail, very happy bunny.

Lifts the end of the nail that gets embedded very well. Havent tried the other end, that is the pointed end, as yet. Seems well made. Pretty good on balance.

It is quite a nicely made tool but, I think that the ends could have been made slightly thinner or have a taper on them towards the ends of the tool to make the "working" edge finer. I will be putting a taper on mine before I use it next time and hope I can polish the tapered edges to get the nice smooth look and feel of the rest of the tool.

I developed a painful slight ingrown toe in both big toes. The biggest problem was the inflammation and infection along the side of the nailbed. After frequent epsom salt foot baths, antibiotics, bee propolis, wearing only flip flops This tool allowed me to wedge savlon covered cotton wool under the nail to relieve the pressure of the nail embedding itself further into my skin. Use with care and don't push it too far. Highly reccomend using Gehwol Nail softner if you are self treating the condition to help coax the nail to regrow straighter.

As another reviewer mentioned, I expected this to come down to a small point, but it’s actually quite wide and thick and therefore not as useful as I’d hoped.

Let me start by saying that I was in agonizing PAIN in my toe because of an ingrown toenail! This was my first experience with an ingrown toenail so I really didn't know what to do. I was SO worried that I would have to go to the doctor to have it removed but I did a bit of research before so I could know what options I had, if any. My ingrown toenail was REALLY embedded so I purchased the DR. Scholl's Ingrown Toenail Pain Reliever Kit & after using that for 3 days my nail was soft enought that I could use this toenail lifter & was able to loosen the nail up a bit before pulling it out. This worked like a charm & I'm SO glad I purchased it!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this little gadget because even though I felt some discomfort during the ingrown toenail removal, after it was over I felt SO RELIEVED!!!
