I want to get a nice tan on my face but don't want to use a tanning oil and break out, can I accomplish that with this sunscreen?

This is sunblock, so I don't know how much of a tan you would get, but this actually broke my face out.

Is it fragrance free. i have tried the neutrogena cooldry sport but it has too much fragrance for use on my face.

It has a very light fragrance , lasts only a few seconds.
