My original product was faulty but Sams Decor responded immediately, were friendly and sent me a replacement. They were so easy to deal with. I have my new product all assembled - excellent product, very spacious and very sturdy as can hold lots of heavy coats without problem. Really pleased with my product and great value for money - looks good and does the job really well

We put this together, reasonably easily, no instructions though! Some slight rust on pieces of the chrome...but a stable, nice looking item.

Unfortunately product snapped in half - nearly hitting someone on the way down. Although it looks nice - i believe there may be a manufacturing fault - hoping the sellers will replace my purchase(s)

No complaints at all. Good quality, nicely weighted at the bottom seems very robust!

after less than 7 months the upright snapped from the base although it had little weight on it .Although it looks sturdy it was not worth the money .

Good base and with a lot of hangers to use. I like the color and the material looks strong. Just the assembling part was difficult (instructions very short).

Easy to put together and looks really nice. The base is marble and so it won't tip over. Great value.
