Amazing flavor!
My wife is currently on a doctor prescribed low carb diet (not full keto). This greatly limits how much of certain things she can eat. Pizza being on of our favorite things, i had to look up some "keto friendly" dough recipes. Neither of us are fond of the typical cauliflower or cheese based crusts. I found one recipe that uses a keto friendly flour (made by the same company) and decided to try it. The texture turned out fantastic, but we found it was lacking in flavor. Then......... I found this through suggestions in forums. LIFE CHANGER! THIS STUFF MADE A NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE! Added amazing flavor.! We can now actually enjoy the low carb pizzas we make at home again. I even started using this in my New York style pizza crust recipe when I make my "non-keto" pizzas for myself. 100% recommend!

Excellent for your SD pizza crust recipes
I love the flavor kick this mixture provides to my homemade sourdough pizza crusts. While the dough was excellent on it's down, this flavor addition really kicked it up a notch. Reality inexpensive. Super easy to use and add.

I got a bread machine for Christmas and one of the first things I made was King Arthur's Pizza Italiana Pizza Crust. I add a tablespoon of this flavoring and it really makes a difference. This will be a product I keep on hand. It's quite pricey, but the wonderful flavor makes it worth it!

Enhances Flavor
This is the second time I purchased this product. I have noticed that this item outdates very quickly. As the container contains more than I can use before it expires in one month, I may be searching for a more cost effective alternative. Flavor is very good, authentic pizzeria taste. I used with King Arthur pizza flour.

Absolutely worth it!
Takes a normal pizza crust to an amazing pizza crust so easily. I add two tablespoons per pizza, and I also just love smelling the jar 😂
