Microplane Gourmet Fine Grater

Very fine grater & very sharp does the job without too much effort.

You get what you pay for and Microplane tools are awesome! Make sure to keep the plastic cover to protect it in your kitchen drawer and to protect your hands when grabbing it, it's super sharp.

Sharp. Makes grating simple

Without doubt the best grater I have ever used. Delightful for zesting, parmesan, garlic, you name it! Easy to clean, very even and fine results. Couldn't recommend more highly

The grater is very good but not quite as sharp as I remember it being last time I bought it. Still an excellent grater that can handle ginger etc.

If you are looking for an ultra fine grater for lemon rind or very fine grated parmesan, then this is what you need. Most of the other graters are medium and course and this was the only one I could find which was ultra fine. If this is anything like our previous Microplane grater, it will last a very long time. I would highly recommend this grater.

Expansive but grate (pun was intentional). Need you ginger or garlic small and grated then this is for you. We even use it for cheese. Just buy it, you've found yourself here reading reviews and the only reason you are worried is that its slightly too expensive for what it is. But think of it like something you will keep for a long time

Best Parmesan grater

Very sharp, use caution

Fabulous grater recommended by Cook's Illustrated. It has heft which makes it super easy to control, makes zesting a breeze and avoids lemon pith. Highly recommend this grater for zesting fruit and shredding hard cheese, Very smooth.

The best grater bar none. I have to work an extra week to cover the price.. Very Expensive. :)
