How do you remove the unit fitted to enable new one to be fitted?

Turn off water to cistern. Rotate fitting a small amount ( Blue lever disengages) and pull off comlete unit. It is a baynet connection like an older type light bulb.

How does the leaking S360 bottom inlet valve be removed in order to replace it?.

Turn off the water supply to the cistern and flush the toilet. Release the pointed end of the blue arm from the white plastic linkage and turn the white circular body until the whole unit (as in the picture) is released. If the tank is narrow and there isn't the space to do this, you can try to remove the blue arm by springing it out of its two pivot points which may allow enough room to turn the white plastic body and remove it but, if that doesn't work, you will have to uncouple the complete mechanism from underneath the tank and take it out to then replace the valve.
