These do help with noise.I would say you get what you pay for.They're not perfect but they work 👍It definitely has helped a bit with noise reduction.

I recommend getting more of the foams for more effectiveness, but if you have a small room like me it's good to have. This company is really communicative, and supportive, they even gave me the seal strips for free for more sound even more suppression.

*********UPDATE:After this, they sent a replacement for all the panels I bought and were very kind and understanding!They explained why the grey panels changed colors (they had oxidized) and even sent some replacement black panels that won't change color.They even gave me advice on how to remove the foam from the wall with heat. Their customer service is very dependable. I wouldn't recommend the grey acoustic panels, but I think the black ones are very decent so far!*******************"I bought the gray version to go with the paint on my walls in my closet...They turned YELLOW on the tips just a couple of weeks after applying them to my wall and when I tried to take them off, it was a huge hassle with bits of foam still stuck to the wall everywhere. Some panels actually fell off of the wall on their own and the others that stuck and left the bits that are a pain to get removed.I didn't even use the little adhesive square tapes that came with it because I didn't want to be too rough on the walls--very ironic. They do an okay job at noise reduction for my voice over work, but overall I'm pretty disappointed with the version I got..."

Great product, put it up on both concrete as well as dry wall and they’ve been up the past month or so. Greatly reduced the echo in my room !

Needs warning about permanence. To mount temporarily, imaginative steps must be taken. Customer Svc is very fine, 5 Stars, and received my comments well. An advisory might well be attached to product description. Or shouild be.

The media could not be loaded.  The pieces themselves are easy to peel off and install, but the smell is super strong and chemically. I didn't notice it at first, so just installed them all right away, and my room smelled like a distinct synthetic smell. I ended up dousing it in febreeze, and once that set in, the smell went away after a few hours. Some of the squares are a true black and some are a dark grey- which kind of throws off the whole look. There are visible glue strips on some of them as well that doesn't come off.

The panels came in great condition,however there aren't enough stickers to use on any more then 4 panels. Instructions show to use five for proper installing
