Can you braze with this torch ?

I haven't brazed but I have fused fine and sterling silver easily at the lowest setting . I think it will get hot enough. I love how easy it is to use. Very happy with it.

What is highest temperature this torch will achieve?

A MAP-Pro flame in air is 3,730 degrees Fahrenheit. Propane is slightly cooler at 3,600. In professional circles both of these flame temperatures are generally referred to as “really heckin’ hot”! For contrast, butane burns at “only” 2,600.
