Yealink SIP-T21P-E2 Entry Level IP Phone - POE (Power Supply Not Included)

The Yealink SIP-T21P-E2 is a decent entry level VOIP phone, I find the GUI very easy to navigate.It works with no issues on 3CX and the call quality is great. All my phones are powered by POE and they have a very low power draw, this is important depending on how many you need.

Exactly what I expected....shame you have to buy the electrical cable separately....but good never-the-less

This is the new E2 version. It has a new firmware series, so configs from the earlier non-E2 phones will not be accepted by it.HOWEVER, it came with a European 2-pin power supply and not a UK 3-pin one, which is really annoying. Hence the drop to 3 stars. The phone itself is fine, and at first glance works just like the earlier version. I don't use PoE so cannot comment on that.I should add that I am not sure it actually has an answering machine facility, certainly not the usual one with obvious 'Play' and skip buttons etc. I didn't want that facility so didn't look for it, but do not remember seeing it in the web config either.

Had to return this. Unable to configure it to run on a subnet through the only switch I had with PoE. The documentation was not helpful, but it did not seem possible even if the documentation had been better.
