I bought a strecthing sock type strap for this and the product wasn't great as it didn't sit on the foot in the right direction very well, this is very different very strong and heavy duty and thus sits exactly where you want it and handles are very heavy duty too so you can put a lot of tension onto them without them getting tweaking or lose shape or get out of position, I would highly recommend these

I picked this up cuz of my flexibility being so bad. But with this as an aid for stretching and flexing. It has been a lot easier.

少なくても二段階の長さ調整できると使いやすい。

I ordered these to help with my stretching. Now, I am a former athlete, who has never used anything like this before, so when I opened the box to use them I was confused on what to do. I was actually expecting this to be stretchy and it isn't....so I was a bit puzzled about how to use them and there were no directions included in the box. I had to come to Amazon to see examples of how to use it because the photo on the box really isn't helpful at all.Could these be helpful to those trying to achieve more of a stretch? Probably so....but they shouldn't rely on the buyer to know how to use them....so that brings my rating down.

There should be a storage bag that comes with the kit. It was missing my first order, so I ordered another, still missing the storage bag. They should make a statement that something has changed. Otherwise OK product, but missing storage bag that would make it easy for traveling.
