This is the only can sealer on Amazon that works properly. I highly recommend buying if you want your soda to actually be leak proof and keep it's fizz as best as possible. Every other can topper I tried (and I tried several) would not properly seal. It only covered the top didn't prevent serious spills. This is the only one I can hold upside down and no leaking. This is also the only one where when you take off the cap you can hear the hissing noise you get from soda bottles indicating its actually keeping its carbonation. It will go flat after a while but no other can topper could keep my soda this fresh for this long.I've heard reviews complaining about it being difficult to take off and I truly don't understand that. Some people are saying it has to be warm to easily take it off but I have no struggle taking it off cold or warm, you just need to pop off the tab on one side first then the other one. Don't do both at once that was a tad more difficult for me.

I think they sort of work to preserve some of the fizz.They just are way too difficult to remove fron the soda can once it is empty.I waited too long and the return window is now closed, so I will probably donate them.

I love these Quiktops but they do have pros and cons. The pros are if the seals are good, they keep the fizz for hours, they keep the bugs and bees out, they prevent spillage under most circumstances unless they have a lot of fizz or the lid isn't on tight, and these are a great conversation starter as many people haven't ever seen these until I show up with a can of soda with a Quiktop on.The cons are I've bought some with weak seals out of the package, the seals become weak over time, weak seals means they are high risk for leaking and/or the soda goes flat from the weakened seals, the lids don't always fit tightly and seal tightly so the sodas go flat, then they are easily spilled if tipped over, and worst of all they are very hard to keep clean if you don't have a dishwasher and they become very moldy under the seals, under the lids and in all of the cracks and crevices.

I hate bugs getting in my drinks when I am in the yard or out and about. I saw these on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I now use them, even when I do not necessarily need to. They are durable and simple to use. Just make sure to line up properly when popping it on, and you will be good to go. I will purchase again if I need more.

In the interest of fellow consumers, I have uploaded a photo of users instructions as my review photo.The use of these are not as straightforward as one would expect. There are absolutely NO user’s instructions or information included which is problematic due to these not being able to snap on and snap off easily at all. Turns out there is a specific way to remove these from your can and nothing else will achieve this. So if you are not already aware of the “trick” to remove these, you will need to google it or email the company. I did both. Issues with removal and no users literature is the primary topic if you search the web. I then decided to email the company directly to inquire why they choose not to include users information in the package. I pointed out that when doing an internet search the prevailing issue was that customers returned these and if a review was submitted, it was predominantly a very poor review. It would be such a simple fix to remedy these issues if they would just add the users information instead of the piece of paper touting their myriad of products. No one is going to purchase these or any other product from them when such a basic but necessary item is not included.

This is the only product that I know of that actually seals a pop can well enough to preserve the carbonation (not that I've spent a lot of time looking for other products). It's not perfect, however, and care must be taken in how it's used. It's easy to not get the seal mechanism correctly engaged, and not even realize it. Also, it's a bit tricky to remove from an empty can. But it works.
