Very good 50+ multivitamin for men. It has good digestibility, high quality ingredients (vitamins, minerals, nutrients), digestive enzymes, and probiotics. The pill size might be some what large for some people to swallow but it is alright for me. Also, there is no after taste associated with this vitamin. You would be hard pressed to find a better well balanced formulated vitamin for the money.
