These are probably the best tasting electrolyte tablets I’ve tried so far. The Pineapple & Mango flavour is sweet, tropical, and genuinely enjoyable to drink rather than feeling like a chore. They dissolve well, don’t leave a strange aftertaste, and work really well for hydration during the day or after exercise. I’ve also found them effective for helping me feel more refreshed and properly hydrated without needing sugary sports drinks. Overall, excellent flavour and very effective hydration tablets. Would definitely buy again.

Been using SiS electrolyte tablets for years, both in training and competition, better than just water when replacing fluids when working hard, and a refreshing taste to get it down easier if you're sweating it out as fast as you're taking it in!

Great flavour , dissolves well. Had to add a bit of squash to it as it is quite salty for my liking (which is to be expected) but once you get over that, it's great!

I sleep better after drinking at least one of these, in a 500ml bottle of water. I don't get any side effects from this. Each "pill", isn't really a pill. It's a big water soluble tablet! Must be around the size of a £2 coin. So do not swallow without dissolving it! I always feel a surge of clean energy when I use a SIS electrolyte. Quite a big pill. Contains, sodium carbonate Chloride, and acid. In conclusion, they are a very effective and tasty way to stay hydrated.

I have a mother with dementia and she forgets to drink. Thought I would try this to see if it helped with her memory, energy and hydration. Within 4 hrs of the first drink, mum was much more alert, chatting and joking. Much more like her old self. Unfortunately the next day she had an upset stomach. Very untidy! So I had mixed opinions if this is good or not. I then decided to try it for myself to see how it affected me. You dissolve the tablet in 500ml of water, then drink it all. The taste was good, although a bit bitter towards the bottom of the glass where it hadn't dissolved completely. It didn't seem to reduce my muscle pains or cramps. The next day I too had an upset stomach. Perhaps this product is good for sportspeople when they are exercising hard, or perhaps occasionally for those with dementia to give them a boost (and a clear out!) but for me it's not for everyday use.

Works really well, I tend to have one after a run or workout especially in the heat. I definitely notice a difference when I don’t use one. Really nice taste unlike some others and not too chemically.
