This is the only natural deodorant that I feel comfortable using because it has a very pleasant natural not overpowering smell.I find that a bottle lasts quite a long time and i tend to use about 2 sprays per area.I have sensitive skin and this does not irritate my skin - like some other products with a stronger smell do.It does not leave a sticky residue or white marks which I also like.I buy it in bulk whenever possible to make sure I always have some in!

Many people will probably hate this and other "natural" deodorants because they aren't antiperspirants. However, that's the whole point. This isn't an antiperspirant. It won't stop you sweating. Therefore, as long as you don't stink, this is doing exactly what it says on the tin. Based on this, I have to give it 5 stars.My only complaint is that this is quite expensive and doesn't last very long. I think I got a few weeks or a month out of this bottle. Having said that, I bought it right at the start of a heatwave and then was sent to work in Spain where daily temperatures were circa 40 degrees C. Despite sweating profusely in these temperatures, I never once suffered from unpleasant body-odour.I am confident that this deodorant will do its job if you either shower or wash once a day and don't re-wear your clothes to the point where they are about to get up and crawl off on their own. As for more intensive situations, e.g. sports activity, if you're worried about sweating and subsequently smelling, when you're doing sports, just remember that if you're not sweating during training, you're not training hard enough anyway.

Nice fragrance - very fresh and quite minty rather than sagey on me. Wouldn't describe it as a strong, spicy fragrance only for men like the mainstream chemical versions. It is a clean, light smell which would suit women equally well. I much prefer this to the rose fragrance and intend to try the lemon next. The fragrances in these deodorants do not last very long but I find they work reasonably well to inhibit perspiration odour although you might have to replenish in some circumstances. You need to spray quite carefully to ensure the whole area is covered properly - because it's in a glass bottle with an atomiser rather than the usual pressurised can we are used to, it needs more than a quick squish! A small price to pay though for a safe product.If you're looking for something with more staying power, I'd really recommend Aubrey's E plus High C roll on deodorant - similarly 'green' but definitely more reliable and the bottle lasts for ages. It takes slightly longer to dry but not as long as some mainstream ones I've used in the past. There's also a new Sanex anti-white marks aerosol which is said to be aluminium, alcohol and parabens free. A useful addition to your armoury for days when you need a bit more reassurance!

Best natural deodorant, I've been using it for years, smells fresh keeps the BO at bay doesn't smell too strong.

I've been a fan of this deodorant for many years now. The scent is really lovely and I find it is effective in pretty much all weathers. I love Weleda products in general and this one in particular. Warning, it can smart a bit after shaving but that's a minor issue for me.

Very pleasant and fresh perfume, delicate on skin, not irritating product, environmentally friendly. No harmful ingredients, no GM, no aluminium salts.Have been using for years and highly recommend it.

Have been using this for a long time after reading reviews about aluminium in most deodorants not being a good idea. The main thing is that it is effective, it works. I take the small size in my gym bag and use the big size at home. The sage smell is OK for men and wormen and in fact wears off very quickly anyway. Highly recommended
