Definitely buy again when needed.
Not big on instructions, but they aren't really needed. They are EASY to install. Tightening the spring was a simple task, and the door closes, but not fully (which is a help when bringing groceries in, but keeping bugs out). Also, WAY cheaper than the hardware store, where each hinge was 20 bucks.

Hinges just arrived today and I installed them immediately. These are replacing the original hinges that came with the door. The overall size and screw hole placement matched perfectly. The spring adjuster seems better than the original hinges. The metal seems solid and was well-machined.And, they provided some extra screws of each type. This is a rare thing.But, since they just went in today, I can say nothing to durability and longevity. It's the hinges that seem to go first, so we'll see.But, so far, so good.

Excellent!!! Installed in 5 minutes without removing the door
Just what Zi needed. I have a couple rooms in my home that are always warmer than the rest which causes the A/C to run more than necessary. If the doors stay close it saves me money. These are wonderful and no need to remove the door to install the hinge.

Simple install, and quality!
I have a toddler that would not close the garage door fully, and then the cats would get out. These hinges helped greatly. The door now self closes on its own, and it closes hard enough to make itself latch, but not too hard where you will hurt a finger in the door. Its nice you can adjust the level of tension on the internal spring for the perfect amount.

Good idea, good design, good quality
This is awesome. Just swapped out the middle hinge on a 3-hinge garage (heavier) door, set the tension to about 4 holes over, and now I don't have to yell at my careless children (I mean, I still do)
