Solid component in my mobile setup
I bought this to help with sofa-based music production, allowing me to hear the soft synths on my PC at the same time as a hardware synth (eg Arturia Microfreak) which is being controlled by my DAW... It does the job well - a nice small form factor means it doesn't get in the way, but actually the big bonus for me is the Audio over USB, which means easy bouncing-down/recording of hardware synth parts once they're locked in. There's a little bit of noise in the unit but it's low and not a major factor for me and my requirements. Overall, it's a nice bit of kit for my mobile setup, and does the job well!

Just what I wanted, at a good price
I'm a beginner with mixing and wanted this for a specific job, to mix a backing recording with input from an EWI; and it seems to do that fine. Have to keep the sliders low to avoid distortion.

Does exactly what it says
I have audio sources from two different computers going into the same pair of earphones with the ability to adjust volumes on both - perfect. And still a spare audio in and spare audio out should I need them in future.Only worrying part was a very loud high pitched noise coming through from one of channels initially. But, as the troubleshooting section says, this was caused by plugging the usb cable into the same source as one of the aux cables. Switched to mains power brick - sorted.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed with this mixer. It’s not good enough to use, the main issue is noise, hum and hiss at high levels. If you use the same laptop to also power the mixer it hums, the addition of a suppresser (at extra cost) reduces it to a hiss but still at too high a level for realistic use. Powering the device via another unit or directly from the mains, means you don’t need a suppresser, however the hiss is still at unacceptably high levels.I’m going to have buy another one to do the job I had intended to use this for.

Great little mixer
I'm a big fan of this little mixer. The hiss issue, in my case, was easily solved by having the volume for channels 1 & 2 at 50% (where it sticks). I'd assume at >50% it amplifies, which is (part of) the reason for the hiss. If you do, for some reason, need to boost the volume of something then fiddling with the EQ can eliminate *some* of that.Moving on from that, though, what a lovely little device. It does what you'd expect - mix channels of audio in to one combined output. A cool feature is that, along with powering it via USB, it also sends the audio down the way. This is great in my case for recording DJ mixes, since I can hook up a laptop and record the mix as sent to the speakers. It also doesn't eat much power, so you can use one of those emergency USB phone charger batteries to power it. That's really useful for my ultra-portable DJ setup, since it means I don't need mains electricity to incorporate multiple audio sources (e.g. DJ controller + microphone where that's appropriate, or DJ controller + Nintendo DS for mixed DJ + live performance!).Think the lesson learnt from my first few hours of playing is to just be a bit patient, experiment (e.g. if the source is mono you might want to try AUX rather than the standard channels), and you may well find that it's a very tidy little mixer.

Noisy and lasted for 3 years of desk use
It was fine whilst it lasted, and allowed me to cheaply route instruments out to my speakers. The placement of the USB power port is abysmal and juts out of the side making it very vulnerable. The USB power is so noisy on all channels but you aren’t going to get decent isolated signal and power management at this price. The main output died today on one channel, luckily there’s a headphone output I can use whilst I research a replacement. Useful, but certainly not quality electronics.

Absolutely brilliant
This is such a great little piece of kit for live broadcasts on Zoom, mixing a powered Mic and audio from a phone. Ensure you switch Zoom to "Use Original Sound" and it comes through crystal clear. Adjusting the levels is simple and everyone has remarked on how good the sound comes through at the other end.

Poor performance
Don’t waste your money!I brought this and the recommended noise reducer. Still had a hum and interference, during streaming, brought another one same price and that has no interference and is far superior same money!!This is also plastic And doesn’t feel as if it would last long will be returning.

Rottura improvvisa
Ero molto soddisfatta di questo mixer che adoperavo per fare l’interpretazione simultanea su zoom. . Lo avevo comprato in dicembre e lo avevo usato pochissimo . Si è improvvisamente rotto mentre stavo traducendo causandomi grossi problemi
