I am honestly shocked at how well this vacuum performs. I have four dogs, one of them a yellow Lab, so anyone with pets knows the amount of hair I’m dealing with on a daily basis. This thing handles it beautifully. The longer sweeping arms make a huge difference — it actually pulls hair from edges, corners, and along baseboards instead of just pushing it around. It gets under furniture and along edges better than any robot vacuum I’ve owned. It even figures out how to maneuver under my dining table and chairs, which really impressed me. The battery life is excellent, especially considering how much ground it covers, and it runs quietly, which is a big plus with dogs in the house. It doesn’t get under everything, but it gets under almost everything that matters. I’ve used the mop function once, and it did a surprisingly good job. I still do a deeper, traditional mop about once a week, but for maintenance cleaning, this is fantastic and keeps my floors looking consistently clean. Overall, this has made a huge difference in how clean my house stays day to day. With multiple dogs, that’s saying a lot. I truly didn’t expect to be this impressed.

Hubby gifted this to me for Christmas (before Christmas--hahaha). I love it! We have all laminate hardwood floors, and I am OCD about keeping the floors clean with three cats and a puppy. I would sweep/mop several times per week, and I still felt the floor wasn't clean. I really love this robot (Rosie) overall and recommend it to friends and family especially with limited time or back/health issues, but see below for more detailed comments. Vacuuming: I feel this vacuums the floors perfectly; Rosie has all terrain wheels and can get out of most cases when it is caught. I have several floor transition strips, one about 1/2 inch high, and Rosie goes over it no problem. As you use it, you will learn where it gets stuck and how to solve it; Rosie finally motivated me to clean up the wire mess behind/underneath the TV console since she kept getting caught. I pick up my floor rugs because she does get stuck on them (they are not hard on the bottom, but they are washable rugs--really can't describe them much better). The only furniture it cannot go under is the couch which is low profile, but it gets under the beds, futons, entertainment centers, and cabinets. I thought I kept my floor pretty clean, but I've used it several times a week for the last three weeks and had to empty the bin in the middle of cleaning! Week 3 and I don't need to empty it as much. She picks up big pieces; the pattern she vacuums is random, but she does get the entire floor done. I have not used the spot or edging functions since she does those every time she runs. She runs for about 150 minutes (2.5 hours) when fully charged. One con is that there is no barrier function to this robot like with the Rumba--not a big deal, but it would be nice to keep her out of the kitchen when I am making dinner. Another *slight* con is that the scheduling function is very minimal--you can set it for one time and that's it. You can't schedule days or anything else. I have tried to cancel the scheduling function since I don't have a consistent time that works for me, but she wouldn't quit the schedule although I followed the website directions. I just turn her off when I don't want her to run. I don't do the bedrooms all the time so I close the doors to keep her in the main area (laundry room, kitchen, and living room on a one story). AS A PET OWNER DO NOT RUN THIS UNLESS YOU ARE AT HOME! If there is vomit or urine or feces, she will pick it up/spread it around the house! Mopping: I am still iffy on the mopping part. You can't use detergent to mop, only water, so I am not completely happy about that. I do still "hand mop" high traffic or very dirty areas like in the kitchen, in front of outside doors, and places puppy likes to mess (yay housetraining!). Otherwise, Rosie mops the rest of the house, and she does a decent job. She still does the random pattern when mopping but not a big deal. Even if I am not completely satisfied with the mopping portion, the vacuuming portion is spectacular so I am okay with it.

I never write reviews but I’m so happy with this vacuum that I wanted to write one. I’ve had it for about a month and it has saved me so much time and energy. I hated coming home after work to clean my floors everyday because my dog sheds so much. The pros: I run it everyday or every other day and our floors have stayed so clean. It’s not super loud but it does make noise. That doesn’t bother us at all though, especially since it’s saving me from having to vacuum. It has worked great, picks up almost everything and once it learned where the dock was it docks itself now. I turn It on before I leave for the day and I come home to clean floors I love It! It has a mop feature I haven’t tried it yet though. I just mop once a week because I prefer to and then I’ll use a swiffer mop some days after it vacuums just to disinfect the floors. Cons: It doesn’t vacuum carpet very well. But we only have one rug so it doesn’t bother me if I have to do it sometimes. So I would recommend this vacuum for hard floors. It got stuck only one time under our cabinets. And you have to pick up stuff before you turn it on, but that doesn’t bother me because we don’t leave stuff lying around anyway. I just pick up our chargers and bathroom rugs before. Like I said It has a mop feature, but from what I read you should recharge the vacuum in between vacuuming and mopping and you have to switch the tanks. I do wish it vacuumed and mopped at the same time but it’s okay because I mainly bought this to vacuum. For the price and quality (plus I bought It when it was on sale) I highly recommend this vacuum!

Compré esta aspiradora para sustituir a mi iRobot Roomba que comenzó a fallar. La forma en la que este equipo trabaja es diferente a la Roomba; su lógica es más simple y sus partes son menos sofisticadas, pero funciona sorprendentemente bien. Tarda la mitad de tiempo que la Roomba y hace el trabajo con la misma calidad, si no incluso mejor. No he usado la funcionara limpiar pisos y creo que no vale la pena. Tambi'pen me gustaría que el depósito de polvo fuera más grande. Le doy 5 estrellas porque pese a esos detalles, cada vez que la uso es capaz de seguirme sorprendiendo.

I've been using my new vacuum and mop robot for a few weeks now. Overall the vacuum cleans the floor nicely and quietly. Battery life: I've mostly used it in the vacuum mode and the battery lasts almost 2 hours, which is very good. I cannot vouch for the battery life in the mopping mode. Vacuuming quality: corners, baseboards and floors overall are vacuumed well of dust, hair and dirt. The robot has random moving patterns, but if I let it work the 2 hours it vacuums well my 600 sq ft floor. Usually when I'm about to leave the house I get the area ready by removing all light rugs and lifting cables and pet toys and then on the way out I turn the robot on so that it cleans the floor while I'm gone. I have not used the remote yet, I just use the buttons on the robot itself. This vacuum is white and does not mark the white baseboards when it hits them. Super. Mopping quality: As the photos show, the moving patterns of the robot are very random and I would rather it went on parallel lines. The mopping is probably not this robot's forte (and maybe it's not any robot's forte). The small mop gets dirty soon and you need to remove it, clean it and replace it. If you want a light clean, then I guess it's fine. Stairs: the robot stops on the edge and turns around. It does not fall down. Noise level: It's quieter than my previous robot from Roomba and this is a very important characteristic for me as there's always guests in my home and I need to be considerate of noise levels. Cleaning the robot: To empty the dust drawer you need to remove the filter and dump the dirt. To empty the water drawer is quite easy. Impressive: I was impressed to open the box the robot came in and find replacement parts for the bristles and also for the filter. That's gonna be really helpful. CONS: The instruction manual recommends never leaving the full water drawer in the robot if not using the robot as it would spill water on the floor. That's a little complicated, because sometimes the mopping robot will get stuck on a rug or object on the floor and not move. I guess there's the chance the water would get spilled and make a mess. I think this could be an aspect of this robot that needs fixing. Another aspect I would expect the robot to improve is the moving patterns that can be less random. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Pésimo producto malísimo no carga la batería no funciona bien.. y el vendedor es malísimo que es pésimo no resuelve los problemas que te puedan salir, ni tengo producto que funcione ni tengo dinero además el producto se ve que está usado... anteriormente

Do ponto estético ele é lindo, compacto, não é muito pesado, as texturas são boas de segurar e não dão a impressão de que vai cair nem arranhar. A qualidade é ótima. Quanto a barulho, é o aspirador mais silencioso que eu já tive. Não é uma vassoura, é um aspirador de pó, eles fazem algum barulho, não existe milagre. Da pra ver tv ou falar no telefone com ele funcionando sem problema nenhum. Ele é baixinho, cabe embaixo de todas as camas box do apartamento, cabe até embaixo do fogão. Os bigodinhos são ótimos reste a parede especialmente, e a sucção dele pega toda a poeira bem fininha, é incrível. Ele só não gosta de tapete muito fino, pois as rodas enroscam, ou tapetes muito peludos, pois os bigodinhos enrolam e prendem. Quanto a cabelo longo, ele pega bem, sim, mas também enroscam nos bigodinhos, não me deu nenhum problema, nada que uma tesoura pequenininha não tire em segundos, recomendo fazer toda vez que esvaziar o reservatório, que é bem fácil e leva menos de 2 minutos. Eu esvaziou a cada uso. Tenho deixado ele limpar 3 vezes por semana, todo o apartamento, 3 cômodos + cozinha e varanda, ele limpa tudo em uma única carga de bateria, me surpreendeu. Fica tudo limpíssimo. Leva algumas horas, mas ele passa quando não estou em casa então não faz diferença pra mim. A cobertura dele é excelente, não reparei nenhum ponto sem ter passado, a função de mapeamento que ele não tem só serve pra ser mais rápido, se pra você não importa, o resultado vai ser o mesmo. Só deixo ele passar pano na cozinha, funciona muito bem mas fico supervisionando pois se ele agarrar por algum motivo, a água continua saindo, isso pode acabar entrando nele, então deixo e fico de olho, é bem rápido então não é nada de mais. Eu realmente, com um mês de uso, não tenho do que reclamar. Espero que continue assim por mais um ou 2 anos.

I love this vacuum. Even though you can’t program where it goes, it cleans almost 100% of the rooms in 30 mins. It goes over thin rugs easily, it has a lot of sucking power. The tank needs to be cleaned everyday. The remote works well, and helps to get to hard to reach places.
