Finally an ice pack that works! It's comfortable. I can use it on the back of my neck and across my shoulders sitting or doing daily chores. I flip it over to the vinyl side for deeper soothing on my soon to have surgery knee. Flexible, just the right weight and size. I can put it around my upper arm as well. Excellent product. Highly recommend. I use it several times a day. Freeze overnight. Refreeze after each use 3-4 hours. Cold lasts 20-35 minutes. Can't brag this one up enough. Price reasonable too. My neck and knee thank you!

You only have to freeze it about a half hour and it’ll be cold enough to use . I had neck surgery and I use this religiously about five times a day. Just kept freezing it very good quality no leaks. The material against your skin is very comfortable. I would buy it again..

I got this because when I get migraines, holding cold packs on my neck seems to be one of the only things that really helps. This keeps the cold for quite a long time. And I have even used it to set on top of my head to help with my migraine that way. I keep it in the plastic baggy it came in to keep it clean in the freezer. I also find that placing it upside down so that the part that sits on the upper part of the neck is on the bottom works the best. That way all the gel is in that part when I get it out. The pack fits pretty good on the back of my neck, I do wish it was just a tiny bit longer in the front so it stayed in place better. Sometimes it will slide especially right after getting it out of the freezer. And I wished they had put in more areas to prevent the gel from pooling at the bottom of the front of the wrap. This would make it perfect! Nice and pliable. No stinky odor. Easy to use. Works great. Much easier to use than trying to keep a small hard ice pack in place. With this, you can just place it and relax.

It’s a great size for my needs and the best part is it fits in the freezer. I have 3 wearable ice packs that do a great job but they are huge and wearable is not always necessary. Most of the icing I do is while laying in bed. I’m missing vertebrae c3-t1 and my neck and upper back are constantly in pain. I push the gel towards the center for more contact before freezing. You can tri fold the pack to conserve space while freezing as well. It doesn’t drape over shoulders which is the only downside but I personally didn’t expect it to bc well…ice doesn’t bend😁. So if are hoping for that feature just be aware it might not lay as flat down the shoulders as you like. I’m happy with how long it lasts for its size and like that there is a fabric side to start on and a nylon size to flip to when you need to get another boost of cold. Edit: I originally gave this 4 stars but after using for a few months I came back and gave it 5. It does drape over shoulders after wearing for a bit and becoming pliable. So it will not drape right out of the freezer if that’s what you need but I’m ok laying on it and then draping once it gets to that workable state.

Great for easing neck and shoulder pain / inflammation. The felt side makes it able to be worn without skin huritng form the cold.

According to the photo the actual item is much smaller. But I will keep it. It still serves its purpose for my needs.

just like the pictures. i had a neck injury and this helped to ice the places i needed it to touch, great coverage and big! also the soft side is very nice. the only downside is it doesn’t stay cold very long.

I was pretty disappointed with this item.. it absolutely does not fit the way shown in the advertising pictures! It is next to impossible to get it to lay comfortably on the back of your neck without it sliding off. It does not lay flat on your shoulders like the pictures, but instead sticks up in an awkward and uncomfortable way. It is just too small for an average adult, I think if the sides were longer *maybe* it would lay better.. There is absolutely no way to get it to comfortably cover the back of the neck without having to basically hold it in place, as it will not sit that way on its own. I also tried putting it on just one shoulder, to see if perhaps I could make it work that way (because I really just wanted it for relief from hot flashes, not for an injury or anything) but I ran into the same problem - the sides were not long enough to hold it in place and second I’d try to move it fell right off. Also, the cooling gel on the inside is not evenly distributed throughout the entire pack, I tried working it around the pack with my hands but there are sections of it where the inner cooling gel just can’t spread to - which I think contributed to the awkward fit. Overall, I guess this ended up being one of those “you get what you pay for” situations..

It gets super stiff when i leave it in the freezer for to long which makes it hard to wrap it over my shoulders. If i leave it in the fridge its just not cold enough/ i just dont have enough space in my fridge. And if its in the freezer it will grow ice on top and leak water everywhere.
