I’ve been sleeping on this pillow now since January and let me tell you, I am an equal opportunity sleeper - that means I sleep on all sides, back and front, so a pillow has to be almost a 100 for me to approve of it. Here’s the verdict: I suffer from neck and back pain, and surprisingly, this pillow really has relieved some of my neck pain! Its unique in that it offers you two pillow styles in one - unzip it for a softer pillow, and zip it up all the way for a firmer sleep. The zipper slides with ease, and for someone who doesn’t like zippers that trip or stick, this one is a keeper. This is a large pillow, but I like large pillows, as sometimes, you want to use them as body pillows, too. The one downside to this pillow for me, was the price. I’d like to have this pillow on all my beds, but I can’t say that I would spend $50 each to have these in every bedroom. I have a ton of beds. They are nice, but for me, not that nice. If you have neck pain, give it a try (but, give it some time before you review it to ensure that you can determine if it’s helped your pain or not). At $50 ea, hopefully, you’re the only one in your house who will NEED one.

Excellent pillow. Love the zippers on both sides which gives 3 different comfort options . YKK zippers are an excellent touch. I can either zip both sides to give more firmness or unzip one or both sides which gives more fluffiness. This is a great quality pillow with a very reasonable price point. Love this brand as I purchased a Down comforter for my duvet cover. Definitely recommend! 💕👍🏼

If you've had feather/down pillows you know they all feel different. There's no standard to them and feel depends on how much filling, what sort of filling or mix of filling, how big the pillow is and how much your own pillowcase compresses the pillow. In this case, the pillow seems denser, more packed with feathers/down which gives it a firmer feeling than other down/feather pillows we have. The pillow arrives vacuumed packed in plastic, so when you open the plastic, it immediately starts to expand, but you're likely going to have to wait awhile before it fully expands. As a result my first impression was this was a pretty firm pillow for one filled with feathers. Then I discoverd the case has zips at each end so you can make the pillow a bit larger...giving the feathers more room and allowing more air in, so now it was a bit softer. The pillow expanded to where I had to literally stuff it into a standard pillowcase...which acts to compress the pillow and make it more firm again. If you're looking for a really soft pillow, this is not it. For a feather pillow that will give you a bit more support, this one works fine. My ratings are my immediate reaction to a couple of days of sleeping on it, but I think will change with time and maybe with using other pillowcases. The only negative for me was that the pillow cover itself was stained in one corner. lt looked like it got hit with some dots of overspray from something as there were about a dozen smaller black dots on the case that didn't respond to a damp soapy scrub. It doesn't affect the useablity of the pillow, but it's not what you should find on the cover of a brand new product, so I've deducted a star from the rating. My pictures show the pillow as it was shipped after removal from plastic. Then how it looks when unzippied and expanded and finally the flaws on the covering itself from the overspray.

This is a big thick rock of a pillow. It is very heavy and even lying on it for 30 seconds rendered it flat. The ticking has a horrible crunchy plastic cotton feel. There is absolutely no redeeming qualities for this pillow. No idea how this received any good reviews. Returning instantly.

Overall, I'm disappointed. I'd never tried feather pillows before I spent the night at my besties and she had one in the guest room. It was the best sleep I'd gotten in awhile so I immediately started searching for one (she couldn't remember what brand her pillow was 😩). I need firm with fluffiness and this pillow looked like it would be great. This is my 3rd pillow purchasing and it's not comfortable. It's not firm enough for me and yet somehow it doesn't have that soft cushion feel either. I find myself tossing and scunching the pillow up all night. Also after 2 weeks, feathers started poking through. And lastly, this pillow retains heat and gets warm throughout the evening. Just not a good fit for me at all. If I felt like returning yet another pillow, I'd return but it's a hassle boxing it up.

I've always had a hard time finding a pillow that works well for me. I tend to move a lot in my sleep and the different pillows I've tried never seem to work for that. This down pillow is large (king size) and a great mix between firm but soft. It's hard to describe. The feathers make the pillow soft and comfortable, but they are really packed in there, so it doesn't feel like they're going to scatter away from my head and leave me with no support. I do have one small issue though and it could be just how I sleep, but every time I need to change positions or lay down, I have to readjust the feathers. They always go up to the top of the pillow and my head ends up toward the bottom without very much support under it. It's kind of a pain to fix it constantly but overall it's a nice pillow for the price.

These pillows are so amazing to sleep on! Both my husband and I wanted softer pillows. We’ve been searching for a few years for the perfect pillow and I think this is it. My husband prefers his pillow unzipped for a super soft sleep where I prefer them zipped for a firmer soft sleep. Best purchase we’ve made in awhile and worth the price.

Overall I like the pillow and find it gives me the same comfort level as other Down pillows I've used. The design with the extra 2 zippers allows you to expand the size of the pillow a bit which should give you a less tightly packed/puffed up pillow. In practice though, I'm not getting quite the full size change when I unzip for the larger/softer size. The reason is that I also use a pillow protector case as well as a regular pillow case. My two pillow cases do limit just how much this pillow can grow when its unzipped. Overall this is a good pillow and if you're not wrapping it in an extra zippered pillow protector case, you should be able to get at most/all of the adjustability.
