Compact bag. Moves good. Looks good
Perfect for short travel - compact, wheels are great and rotate 360 and bags looks good. Stands out vs the grey and blue bags on the conveyor belt. Not sure about sturdiness, scratch resistance etc as only have made 1 trip with it. Hence 4 stars

Poor quality product and incorrect withhold of refund
The media could not be loaded. Poor product quality as the chain is eminently broken. Moreover, when tried to return the same post delivery, Amazon pickup has been failed or denied due to damaged product. Firstly, Amazon purchases defective products which are bound to be rejected (review section is a proof of the same) and secondly when the consumer tries to return the defected item, they are withholding pickup and refund. Fail to understand the quality check being done by Amazon staff to pass off such a defective piece deemed appropriate for sale. Moreover, the price of the product in question is not meagre. Amazon is cheating customer and distressing to follow a lengthy refund rebuttal case. Shall be escalating the same in social media too.P.s. Don't purchase product as others will likely be following the same distress of refund

Light weight and worth every penny
It's light weight and thus is easy to carry. It is durable and love the colour.ordered an emerald green one and I simply loved this purchase of mine. It is quite spacious and has separate compartments for dirty clothes.

Not value for money
The suitcase is not very sturdy. The zips miss align very easily. Capacity is good. The top part has a zipped separator. It is light weight but overall not value for money

The luggage is exactly the same as shown in terms of color size & feel.Have not used it yet ,however, given the past experience confident on the durability
