The body warmer arrived and although I’d bought one 3x bigger it was still small. So I contact the seller and a label was sent to return it back to a Uk address. Although I had to cover the cost I was fine with this. A few day later the item was returned to me the seller had refused the return. When I contacted the seller I was told I need to return the item by recorded / registered delivery to CHINA to get my refund. Or, I could keep lithe item and sell it, keep the money and they would give me a 50% refund.I honestly wouldn’t pass this onto anybody, not even an enemy. The item is cheep poorly made and I would’ve confident that it would function safely. I’d be concerned about over heating and burns. If it worked at all.PLEASE JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY

Jacket to small had to buy separate charger for it charge doesn't last long gave it to my friend

This was brought for my elderly father in law. The jacket itself is lovely but you need a battery pack for it and this is extra. Would have been good if that was in the description

Bought this for my partner for the cold winter months and he is now wearing it everyday. Fits well and the battery I have (not included) lasts about 5 hours. It’s not too hot you just notice how good it was when it’s removed!!

Despite the first trouble with the power bank that I brought which wasn't powerful enough, the second power bank made it work fine. Thanks for the service.

The sizing on these garne ts do NOT match uk sizing , basically 6XL only fits a uk size XL.
