really good one! a trick to mix well in a shaker is put one ice cube and mix again. almost like a blender 👌

What the hell is in this?
I was going to return this, however they wanted to charge me for the return, so I just threw it instead. Firstly, when I opened up the package it had plastic type feathers in it, some sort of manufacturing fault? I've used this brand before, and this is the first time I've had some sort of wheat like scum on the top/bottom of my shake despite mixing it. See photo's attached, absolutely vile.

Un mass gainer fino, de buena calidad.
Entra muy bien, muy ligero, no es como otros que probado ( ej, muscletech mass gainer) que son espesos como un pegamento y cansan mucho tomarlos. El sabor de fresa no es dulzón, no cansa, es agradable. Sobre la eficacia no opino, no entiendo mucho del tema, yo me lo tomo y punto. Supongo que con el tiempo.me hará ganar peso.. La bolsa es mala, no cierra, es el único defecto.

Qualité et résultat au rdv
J'avais commencé par le BSN true mass 700 et suis passé au 1200. Résultat au bout de 1 mois, prise de 3 kg avec 8 heures de sport par semaine. A mélanger avec de l'eau ou du lait. (2 portions).
