Wouldn't this be taking out good stuff as well as bad, how does this distinguish between toxins and heathly nutrients?

It cleanses the bowel by becoming a ‘bulking agent’ that absorbs water and cleanses the bowel like exfoliation as it goes along. Unlike antibiotics it doesn’t ‘kill’ gut bacteria so I presume it allows the healthy bacteria that’s left to multiply again By getting rid of debris, slough and allowing the good bacteria to take hold again. I’ve used it multiple times when I have had a stomach upset, IBS flair up, and I can’t recommend it enough.

As a tablespoon will hold about 10 grams, a tube will produce 22 spoons.
