Can you rotate the bar, while mounted on top of the monitor, into different angles?

In short, yes. It doesn't move a lot, but you can rotate it to fit the angle you need for your set. I have mine set to reach just the edge of my desk so that it's not shinning on my shirt.

Hello , What is the minimum brightness level in lumens? sry and english and for ask but I'm very sensitive to light.
