Very easy to put together. Feels very good quality. I have scoliosis with rod placement and chronic back pain, and this chair has been VERY comfortable so far. Lumbar support is excellent, and it comes with a little pillow I put on my back sometimes. It is also very comfortable. I haven't necessarily used the footrest other than to try it after putting the chair together, but it's also pretty sturdy and doesn't get in the way I thought it possibly would. This chair has such a modern and sleek look to it- being an NP student getting my master's- it has made me excited to sit down and actually study lol

I work from home at a desk all day. I recently had multiple surgeries on my lower back. The biggest point of pain and instability being my left leg. This chair has been a lifesaver. I already had a very nice $1500 ergonomic chair. But I could not sit comfortably, and had tried all kinds of things to support my leg to make sitting tolerable. Nothing worked, until I found this chair. My husband was skeptical - he worried that the extension rods wouldn’t hold - but honestly, they are fine. It’s not like I’m putting all my weight on them, just my leg! I use this chair in all kinds of ways - with the foot rest all the way extended and stretching my left leg out straight, with the footrest up against the chair, right leg on the chair pad, left leg bent and on the footrest, leaning back to rest my back while on conference calls, or sitting normally. It’s not as “sturdy” or heavy as my $1500 chair, but it is MUCH more versatile for anyone who needs to change back or leg positions frequently to find relief. The headrest was an unexpected benefit. I’ve sat in many expensive “zero gravity” chairs that are supposed to take to pressure off your spine. This chair allows the same relief. It’s truly been a blessing for me! My 24 year old daughter was going to grab my old chair from me, until she sat in this chair… she decided to order this one instead as well!

I’m still happy with the purchase because the price was right, the assembly was easy, and esthetics wise 10/10.You may notice some of the poor quality with the armrest plastic and the leg/foot rest metal is flimsy. You may feel like it’s going bend/break so you have to be careful with that and not put too much pressure on footrest until you have already reclined and removed some pressure off of your lower body.The seat cushion went flat within one week of use so I had to purchase a memory foam seat cushion - I’m thick but not overweight or obese so that was disappointing and something I've never encountered before.I get a lot of compliments on the esthetics, the various adjustments features ie height, head rest, lumbar support and the foot rest feature and overall I’m happy with the purchase.Would definitely recommend the manufacturer improve the seat cushion at the very least.

If my review doesn't change on the next few months, assume everything is good.Installation was well labeled and easy, did not have trouble with any step. Everything was included.The chair is sturdy and stable, even with the foot rest and recline at maximum position. I tried multiple positions from knees up and putting pressure on the foot rest but I felt very sturdy and secure.This chair is pretty awesome for lounging with the foot rest, it's really comfortable in this mode. That said the included lumbar pillow it's a necessity, and I use it as a head and neck pillow instead when reclined. Otherwise it would be hard to view content or play games when reclined. Not really a nit pick, the chair serves it's purpose when lounging.As a comfortable ergonomic office chair? It's not great. And this is where it loses its stars because you can get a more comfortable office chair for even less money. It's adequate, and I don't have any issues with it but if you don't want the lounge functions your money will be better spent elsewhere. The only adjustment you get out of this chair is for lower back. It's not all that comfortable for laying your head back without a pillow even in office mode.It looks sleek, but the fabric will definitely pick up dust and grime from your feet as well as hairs very easily. Will take some maintenance daily to make sure it stays looking good. Dead skin will eventually eat into the arm rests if you don't get covered.TLDR: you're paying for compromise, I like it because I can lay back and it feels good. But wouldn't use it as a main office chair if I was using it for work. But when the next best option is 3x-4x the price for lounging with the perfect height for me, it's worth the compromise.
