Great for piece of mind
Tested it on a car that a friend was taking to the dump and both the window smasher and seatbelt cutter worked perfectly, and super easily.Hope I never have to use it for real, but having it on the keychain is great for that extra piece of mind when travelling.

Very handy compact and well designed escape tool
I liked the design, the compactness and the fact it comes in tactical black. Good value for money here. Well worth having. For example in many busses and trains on public transport in UK there are break glass in event of needing to escape in emergency signs on windows. But nothing provided to use to do so! Solution is to carry your own for any just in case survival situation. NB One needs to carry this with one, somewhere you always know where it is to access it even in darkness. I found mine is small enough a device to fit the back of a neck lanyard I use for ID carry.

A definite must in any car.
Purchased as I have this un-nerving fear of not being able to free myself from a sinking car after plunging off a bridge...obviously thankfully I've not had an opportunity to use mine yet! However its of pretty good quality. Plastic appears well made and because my partner decided to place his finger over the black part and push to 'test' how sharp the window smasher is...I can confirm it's pretty sharp! I trust this will do the job if I ever need it. My only issue is I can't decide where I want to hang it in the car. Stupid me go the bright orange one (so I can see it in a wreck)...but this doesn't lend itself very aesthetically to my car interior. It's currently on my car keys as a bulky keyring.A definite must in any car!

It works
I got to test this on a load of old windows I took out. It works brilliantly. I have no doubt it would break a car window in an emergency. A great bit of kit to have on your car keys

A handy tool.
Long lasting equipment, this is my second one after my first eventually cracked apart. Although never having had to use them in anger, it's good to know that I've got this little bit of kit in my pocket at work, or my own vehicle. The blade looks up to standard for its job. And I have tested the punch on a piece of cork occasionally, so it's not damaged, and the other surface isn't either.Easy for anyone to use from a pensioner, to a young child.

Safety first!
Been thinking about one of these for a while, then caught a video on YT were a very large guy was trying smash a window from the inside, using the metal legs of seat head rest.. he did not do it easily (hit a corner of the window for best results). Not being as big as the guy in the video, I thought one of these each for my partner and myself would not be the worst purchase. I haven't tested it on a car window but it dented my chopping board, so I think they'll work fine. I also like the idea of zip tying it somewhere, you will always find it too (don't want it thrown to the back of the car in an accident)

Excellent, if used and stored properly
First impressions, looked a little more robust in amazon pictures. Its recommended/ designed for key ring storage, but i would be cautious. A key wedged in seat belt cutter, sitting on it with keys attached, banged around in glove box and I'm sure you could break it. I would recommend periodic inspection.Overall I don't question its functionality whilst in good condition and without repeated use.Tested on a notebook (paper inside), puts a hole in first few sheets and the dent shows up quite deep into the pad. Also purchased the Resqhammer, the resqme fits nicely into the handle and functions whilst inserted. This provides you with 2 seat belt cutters and two ways of breaking a window. The hammer is made from a nylon plastic which is much more robust.
