Bought this lead for someone else and they say it’s great

Absolutely great! Purchased this as the kids kept using the wires and leaving them all over the place. Thai was the solution and does exactly what it was intended to do! It keeps wires nice and tidy and the kids actually enjoy packing it away after use due to the magnets connecting so they fiddle about with it for a few mins after use and then pack it away nicely.

This product is... not great, stopped working within a week and was very sketchy for me. The magnetic bits are a nice idea, but the connectors in a bid to be rotatable seemed to cause intermittent connection and charging, kind of depended on my twiddling the connector for it work after it's magnetically latched.

I'd seen these cables advertised on YouTube or something, so thought I'd give one a try. I haven't had it long, but so far, I'm impressed. It feels very sturdy and solidly built. Unlike most other cables, the connectors are mostly metal, rather than plastic, and there's no give when you pull on them and twist them, which makes me feel confident that the cable will stand the test of time.Slotting the connectors into ports also feels reassuringly firm, so I know I'll have a stable connection.The cable itself is wrapped in a plastic sheath, which again, makes it feel like it will easily withstand the rigours of constant use. It's a bit early to tell for sure, but it looks and feels like the kind of material that won't stain easily, which should make a nice change from the other manky, yellowing cables in my inventory (as much as I try to look after them).Whenever I'm travelling, I carry a bag with a charging battery, and a cable for each device. I normally have to unravel a spaghetti mess of cables to find the one I'm after, but as this one clumps itself into a neat little package, I can see it will be very useful. And the durability I've described above, should mean that it will survive far longer than the myriad of other cables I've had to throw away over the years. I'm really not a fan of waste.Even when I'm not travelling, it's nice to have a cable that can neatly tuck itself into shape, and not get into a tangled mess with all the others.I actually don't have anything negative to say about this one, so top marks to the manufacturer. Great product!

I use this for PS4 headset and controller.I sit next to a USB outlet while I game.When the controller runs low on charge I just grab this, snap on charge and continue. When it’s charging my headset while wearing, I can just pull it away when I stand up. Really convenient and works great.The body of the cable has little magnets all along the help to keep it tidy… Although I just hang it quickly on a metal object which is next to where I sit.. This cable really makes charging console peripherals easy and fuss free… (and the tip is illuminated making it easy to find)..This is a perfect accessory for any gamer.

You can see what's wrong with the design from the pictures! It has these magnetic loops and there is one loop close to the connector on each end. And that's where the thick cable ends. Then there's this really thin connection between the magnetic looped cable between the connector that is levered and stretched as the cable is moved around. If they'd just moved the magnet loops away from the connector and kept the thick cable right to the end. So stupid!

Unfortunately was unable to use the cable supplied. Although the box stated it was the correct cable the cable supplied in the box was for an Apple iPhone lightning connector so no use for my USB C connector Android phone. Item returned to Amazon and money refunded back to my account within 24 hours, so good service there. Looked well made and was neat when coiled up.
