Great Product, Easy to Set Up
Bought for my pregnant wife, she loves it. It was easy to set up, came with everything (pump, plugs, etc). Even came with spare plugs in case you want to let it down and lose or break the first plug.

Your back will thank you (if you're consistent)
Inflated easily enough as the pump is a higher quality one than others but still ended up with a sore arm. The ball itself does what it's supposed to do, helps you tone your core muscles. Just make sure you have enough space and you're committed to it otherwise it might end up either deflated (the plastic fork-like tool they provide to help with letting air out is not very efficient) or placed in a corner and forgotten.

This product was an absolute game-changer for my wife during her pregnancy. The size was perfect, and she used it every day in the run-up to giving birth. Great ball but sizing all wrong!
Ball is great, sturdy and easy to blow up but I got the 55cm as it said best for up to 5 foot 3. I’m 5 foot and the ball is too small I’m gutted!
