Do I just pour in to header tank

I think the best idea is to drain system completely - I let it drain for a while then lifted the float valve to stop it refilling, once the flow stopped close the drain tap, add the Jetflow to the header tank, free the the float valve and then let it fill then bleed the radiators and run the system. How long you keep cleaner in the system depends on if your radiators weren't getting very hot - a day if you didn't, mine took three days for one problem radiator to work. Once you're happy you need to drain / run system and repeat several times to clear the cleaner. Add a system conditioner like Sentinal X11 keep in good shape.

Can it be used on plastic central heating pipe

Sorry for delay. I have some plastic pipe and it has not caused any problems.

Can this product be used on a car cooling system to unblock a clogged heater matrix?

It may do damage to engine and is not recocomended for cars

If I putted “x100 inhibitor” 2years ago can I add “x800 cleaner” to clean the system

I would drain out the existing water, put in clean water and add the x800 and run the system as usual for about a week, then drain all the dirty water out and refill with clean water and add new x100. They say it cleans within an hour - but that is for the professional plumber who can stand over it whilst it runs. If it is DIY, then you are not in a hurry to drain it down and get the job finished within the day.
