I really do love it. It’s helpful for my stomach in the morning and does curb my hunger. It keeps me full and energized for 3-4 hours. I prefer this over the whey protein because it doesn’t feel as heavy on my stomach.

This product was so easy to order on Amazon. Price is a little higher, but worth the fact that it was easy and quick delivery. I received it the next morning! This is one of the best nutritional products out there. the taste is incredible and the chocolate flavor is my favorite. It is filling and satisfying. I use it every other day, to stretch the amount I get out of each bag per month, and I use it as a supplement to the afternoon "sleepies," I tend to towards the end of the day. I know it is good for my body as it works it's miracles in energy and regularity. Not a better product out there that I know of.

What I love about this was that it really satisfies my craving for dessert. I don't need to need to eat something sweet I just indulge in this delicious shake. I prepare it with both unsweetened almond milk and water, a frozen banana, ice, PB fit, and some fiber powder. I drink it after I work out and it helps me stay satiated until I eat a meal. I've tried both chocolate and cafe latte and my thought is that peanut butter and banana worked better with chocolate and cafe latte I preferred it plain with just ice and almond milk. The price tag is a bit high but if I were to go to my gym to buy a protein shake they charge almost $10 for basically the same thing so I think this is actually a great value. I would repurchase!

I love the product and it tastes great blended with water and pumpkin pie spice. The less than stellar fact of purchasing this on Amazon instead of BODi is lack of buyer support. I received the bag in tact but the product was a bit clumpy like it had gotten damp and the package wouldn’t reseal despite the interlocking zipper/ press to close zipper being in tact. I use it at work and had to bring a gallon ziploc from home to hold the bag in. When I tried to get help through Amazon, it attempted to send me to the manufacturer but the link wouldn’t open on any device I tried. 🤷‍♀️ Other than that, the product makes me feel great and has stablized my blood sugar, weight, and gut bacteria! I recommend!

Taste better than I remember and keeps me satisfied.

I don't have time to eat during the day, so this starts my morning out with at least something. I was mixing it with decaf coffee which worked great, then I mixed with Lactaid milk (was out of coffee) and that was way better.

I like Shakeology, but I hate the cafe latte flavor! I received cafe latte and am unable to return, it is unopened and I have not touched it, so there is $150 down the drain. make sure you get the right flavor
