Is this the same product that I have purchased on many occasions for £8.99? If so is there a reason for such a massive price increase?

Its because of increased sales during the lockdowns as people suddenly got interested in watching the birds - someof the bird tables and poles are out of stock for same reason - iniquitous to put price up due to Covid but that's Capitalism for you.

Would this attract robins and blue tits

Not from our feeder, robins and blue tits prefer the smaller seeds and the fat blocks. Also the robin rarely uses the feeder it feeds from the ground so we put small seeds and crumbs down for them. Sparrows and larger birds feed on these seeds.

How do I get a refund?? It says they don’t do it. They sent rabbit food not bird seed

I'd maybe try contacting them directly, if they have sent an incorrect product, your statutory rights are protected.

This was damaged in transit and never arrived and I'm still waiting for my refund! Where is my money?
