Fantastic, can cut however u like. Be aware very sticky, so have to make sure you know exactly where you want it to go, doesn't come off and provides the comfort needed with pinchy shoes

Used on area in footwear that rubs. Lovely product soft and comfortable, does the job and stays on. Good price in comparison to products available in the shops.

You're going to need something to keep it in place if you're wearing socks on top of the pad. I use micronised tape, but a couple of sticky plasters would also suffice, I guess.

I bought this because my new shoes had some very scratchy stitching that cut the top of my foot. I cut a piece of this padding to size, pushed it firmly over the scratchy place and left it overnight to give it a chance to adhere properly. The next day, I put the shoe on - and the padding came off immediately and slipped to a different part of the shoe. This just doesn't work.

This gel sheets is really comfortable in shoes. Cuts and applies easily.

Quite good, & serves its' purpose, but I found it too thick for what I needed.

Firstly you are not able to return if not satisfied. Second - I bought these for a sore spot on my foot ( caused by another product) - as someone said they don’t stay on so you need to put a plaster or something over. But worse when I took it off the sore spot was bleeding. Sadly I can’t recommend these and will go back to the blistex.
