Awful mixing, worst CHO powder ever used

I've currently gone through 2 bag of this as it doesn't last long. I bought it after looking into carbohydrate supplements and Vitargo really is the best you can get (can't argue with science). I used it by mixing with my protein powder in a blender with water, I have tried mixing in a shaker but had a really lumpy thick shake. The taste is disgusting to be honest even with a nice tasting shake you can still taste it and it really does thicken your shakes. If you can overlook the taste and down your shakes as I did then I do recommend. I used it as a post-workout recovery.

It takes a long time for a mole to dissolve and mix with the water.

No specific taste and could be easily drinkable as a separate drink or just with water. Sometimes powder gets into little bubbles when mixing, but it's an uncommon thing.

If u are straight carbs pre workout blend with frozen berry's needs mixed with more than water to get it in you and not around the sides of your blender/shaker good muscle fullness with this and keeps a flat stomach

Schon etliche Male gekauft. Nehme es immer vor, während und direkt nach dem Training. Eignet sich perfekt dafür, weil es die Verdauung überhaupt nicht belastet. Persönlich ziehe ich es auch Cluster Dextrin vor; u.a. wegen dem besseren Preis.
