It is so easy to use we no need to carry the compressor and work is so fast and easy going in a hardwood because I make customise furniture kitchen and so detailing work bookshelf, so I all the time working with the hardwood oak Maple. Sadly, this pin nailer is not available in the UK. I watch many reviews before deciding on this gun as my finishing nailer. I spoke to DeWalt who said there are still no plans to sell this gun in the UK. Fortunately, I was able to get it via Amazon. It took 3 weeks to arrive. I got a refund on the cost as the import duties were less than expected. As soon I started using this gun I could tell it was better than any I had tried before. This gun is as good as any top-draw pneumatic gun with the convenience of no bulky compressor, airline, or leads. There are settings to tune to gun for the depth of pins and the hardness of the material. I did not need to do this. Out of the box in set pins from 25 to 35 mm in all types of wood and board. Perfectly setting them flush with the surface. I am glad I persevered to get this gun.

I've had the older Makita version of this , it was ok but frequently misfired, jammed and left pin heads high on hardwood beads. This one is far more reliable and has the power to send pins home on hardwood.

Sweet tool, it auto stops when it’s got enough room for another sleeve, very quiet you could use it with a baby sleeping in the other room.
