Great Quality!
These bell glides are excellent. The amount of felt on each glide provides the floor protection I was hoping for, and they feel impressively thick and durable. Installation was quick and effortlessโno struggle at all. Iโm really happy with them. Great quality and price point.

Fit and work well as replacement for casters
Bought these to replace the casters on my 90 year old mom's kitchen chairs, prior to her returning home from rehab after she broke her hip. Bought one set first to try them out, as they seemed to be mainly for office type chairs. They were a nice snug fit in two of the four legs, and I used a few rounds of black electric tape to snug the other 2 (more because of the widened holes from the previous casters. So far, working great over a tile floor, so I purchased 3 more to do the other chairs. Height just about the same as previous.

Good sturdy quality chair feet
Good quality, very sturdy, easy to replace the wheels on your office chair or similar object. The rubber foot pads are self adhesive, and will only last for a certain amount of time as the dirt and dust starts to weaken the adhesive, but they are easily replaced. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

does not slide on plastic
I am still glad I bought these because I have a plastic chair mat on my carpet. the wheels were digging into the carpet a bit too much. I was afraid the mat would crack. these diffuse the weight better. Problem is they don't glide easily so harder to push in and out of desk. not a deal breaker. might glide better on a linoleum or tile floor. easy to install. very sturdy. about the same height as my wheels.

One of My Better Purchase Decisions.
These bell glides work perfectly with my kitchen table chairs. The old casters came off quickly with an easy pull and these glides went on just as easily and quickly. The glides are good quality and work perfectly. For the price they are a cheap and easy fix. I highly recommend them and would definitely buy again.

PERFECT match to caster height
I initially purchased a new carpet protector for my chair, which is the best I've ever bought. ONLY issue was that this protector is very solid and the slant of my carpeted family room/basement floor had my computer chair constantly rolling away from my computer. I first purchased a different set of glides which were shorter (only 1 1/4" "body") than the height of the original casters from my chair. These "BELL" glides are almost 2 1/2" tall and they fit to the perfect height of the casters I replaced. Both glides have a 7/8" "stem" that slides into the hole in the chair, so the "overall" height of these is almost 3 1/2" if you count the stem. A little tip for anyone if interested is with my new "protector" the glides with the felt pad attached/stuck on didn't move the chair in and out too easily. I purchased a set of those "stick on" 1 1/4" "slider" disks and stuck them onto the felt pads that came with the glides that I originally stuck onto the glides first. Then I "polished" my "protector" with furniture polish and BAM!! Slides along perfectly. WARNING though, this is VERY slippery if you're in stocking feet, so use caution. Hope this helps.

If your pets lay at your feet while you work, this works great
Two things these are a great solution for: 1. Do you have a plastic floor mat on top of carpet that keeps cracking after a while under the wheels of your chair? That's because the amount of pressure at the point of contact with caster wheels is much higher, since each wheel is contacting the mat in a single thin line as opposed to a large circle contact area for each foot with this style of foot. 2. Got pets? Do they like to lay at your feet at your desk? This is much better than caster wheels. My dog and cat lay at my feet when I'm at my desk and they're either dangerously close to chair wheels or literally right up on the wheels. Regular roller wheels and casters can pinch their paws and skin if you roll the wrong way accidentally. Highly recommended for anyone with furry companions who like to keep you company at your desk. These have a bit taller aspect ratio than some other wheels and this allows them raise certain rolling chairs that have a lower air piston structure that was paired with taller wheels from the factory on the chair. The felt pads work great for plastic mats. Be aware though on wood floors, felt can trap grit and start to scratch /sand the floors over time, so Teflon allow gliding smoother on wood floors if you want to avoid wheels.
