I bought the "spider gasket" which did fit perfect. Amazon suggested that I also buy this O-ring. My spider gasket is about 5.25" diameter. My O-ring is about 5.75" diameter. This 4.6" O-ring is more than an inch too small for my valve. I gave it five stars because the measurement listed is plainly 4.6", I'm not upset that the O-Ring didn't fit, because I could not determine the model of my valve or the diameter of my O-Ring prior to ordering this O-Ring. I took a gamble based on Amazon's recommendation after I put the spider gasket in my cart. Fortunately, the old O-ring does not leak. I got lucky this time. I did not open the O-Ring package.

Bought it to have a spare. Fits like it should.

Worked great for my Intex pump! I had to cut 2” or so off and tape it back together with electrical tape but then it stopped my filter from leaking finally! Super happy because now I don’t have to keep filling the pool every day! As for a Pentair filter I can’t say how the fit is but I can say there’s a way with the Intex!
