Fanatec CSL Elite Starter Kit for PS4 and PC

This was so worth the investment. Before I got my CSL Elite I had a Thrustmaster T150 with the T3PA pedals. It lasted me for a good while but was still on the level of entry and/or mid-range as far as simracing gear. Since games such as Dirt Rally and Richard Burns Rally are really my focus, realism is a big deal to me and the T150 kind of fell short, despite it being very fun to use. Within minutes of me using the CSL Elite for the first time, the T150 felt like a toy, literally. If you want to simrace and want the full experience as far as seamless control and incredible FFB, you need to buy this. Th price may be kind of steep but you'll see why once you have it in your hands.

this is the best wheel I bought out of logiteh g27 / g29 and thrustmaster t300 . I had the g27 at start for 10 year and ps4 came out so I had to bye a new wheel so for two years I bought two thrustmaster t300 and after a one year a one day it went wild on the two thrustmaster t300 rs . then fanatic came out for ps4 and I BOUGHT IT OVER YEAR AGO AND WORKING LIKE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT.SO I TIP MY HAT TO FANATEC THANK YOU FOR THE WORK WELL DONE.

Worked fine for one day, then no more force feedback. All the firmware / drivers are up to date, & the FFB in game settings are where they should be. Also, Assetto Corsa stopped responding to the wheel control keys. My 2017 F1 game still works, but with no FFB. Update- I had to call tech support in Germany, but they were nice & helpful. For some reason, I now have to press the compatibility mode button until it's purple, for everything to work. I didn't have to do that before. Fanatic support is not sure why, but I'm just happy everything is working again. The wheel is comfortable, & drives with great response. It seems to be of high quality.

This product is exactly what I imagined. For the most part, feels authentic with the Force feedback. Had some calibration issues at first but Fanatec customer service had me up and running in no time. This setup is definitely something that’s hard to put away once you start racing. It’s pricey but the price is worth the fun.

Pedals tricky to put together. Wheel was as well. Once attached, the wheel is very sturdy and high quality. However, this is a PS4 branded kit. But please note, in PS4 mode, the LED lights on the unit to convey revs do not work. These lights only work in a "club" mode and when in club mode, the buttons on the wheel controlling menus and views do not work. So, in short, the wheel's LED lights are not avail be when playing. After several rounds with Fanatec Customer Service in Germany, they advised that GTSport for PS4 needs to do an update and we will have to wait for update. Not what I was expecting from an expensive PS4 BRANDED wheel.

Another level of simulation, has made my experience much more fun. Haven't had it for too long so can't comment on reliability but it feels super solid so I expect it to last long. Also I store it in a dust bag when not in use to keep it clean and dust free. It's been a complete satisfaction. The revlights are amazing in F1 2017!!

This setup works flawlessly with my PS4 Pro. Very strong feedback. Also bought additional wheel rims to add on which also work perfectly. Make sure to use a PC or laptop to update firmware on wheelbase before you start and you won't have any problems !!!

I could never get through a lap at speed on Codemaster's F1 games without traction control assistance. I replaced my Thrustmaster T150 with this. Worth the extra $$ for better feedback. Now I can race with no assistance.

Really am happy with my purchase, changed from my Thrustmaster T500rs and I have to say I much prefer this wheel 100%... now just waiting on my LC brake mod from Fanatec.. quality products
