This was a perfect replacement fit for my laptop, and a great value for the money. It charged quickly and seems to be compatible with the laptop.

This product is easy to install. Tested the power prior to reassembly it worked better than the original product. I Definitely recommend this product as a replacement for your laptop internal battery.

Excellent replacement for my older HP. Exact fit. Runs just fine and has the same charge ratings as the original. Installation will be on the installer because not everyone has the same skills. I found it an easy replacement. There are many YouTube videos available. Just make sure to keep track of your screws and extra careful with the cables. Very good price!

Batter PK03XL was a perfect replacement for my HP Spectre 360 2-in-1 laptop model 13-4193nr. My old battery quit and I could only use the laptop when plugged in. This battery worked after ~ 2 hours of charging after self-installation. So far doing well after working on laptop unplugged for several hours. Unfortunately the tools included with the battery for screw removal to access this internal battery did not fit this particular laptop. I had to order a separate electronic hardware tool kit.

Stopped working and swelled up within a year.This battery did decently for the first few months during which it provided about 2 hours of run time (as compared to 5-6 hours with the original HP battery). However, after that it steadily reduced in run time and finally in about its 10th month dropped to about 30 minutes. Soon it swelled up inside the laptop and ruined the trackpad which was right on top of the battery area. In fact, it even popped part of the back cover off (my daughter called it the computer with a tumor).Terrible buy - I would highly recommend staying away from this brand/seller.

Battery worked great for 3-4 months. Then it stopped receiving charge. Customer support was super helpful and got me a replacement in 2-3 business days. Has been working ever since. Recommend so you're not playing the lottery.

Was the perfect part for my computer (HP Pavilion 15z CW100)! My boyfriend was able to install it quickly and the tools provided were exactly what he needed. I was about to spend so much money taking my laptop somewhere! I'm glad I took a chance on this instead
