I love the shakes!

My favorite protein shake and I’ve tried others but none have compared to this one..

I have come back to SHAKEOLOGY! I came back because I remember how good I felt when I was on it before. This time I switched to the Plant Based Vanilla, and I love it even more. There is absolutely no weird texture or aftertaste. I WANT to drink this shake. It could honestly pass as a vanilla shake, if you add ice. It could pass as a chocolate shake, if you add ice and your preferred chocolate syrup/flavoring. I could tell the difference in the first week of drinking the shakes. I felt more energized, a better overall sense of wellbeing, and it helps keep me regular. It caused no gastro upset either, which was something I was worried about with the Plant Based option. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get back on it. I am now a subscriber because I do not want to run out of my shakes. I see it as an investment in myself and my health. Go ahead and try it!

Review of: **Shakeology Superfood Meal Replacement shake, Healthy Vegan Dessert powder with Plant Protein, Probiotics, Adaptogens, and Vitamins (Vanilla, 30 day supply)** I've been using protein powders to supplement food intake for over 30 years now, and have tried some that were really good and some that were really bad. Most of the ones that taste really good tend to have artificial sweeteners and other less than ideal ingredients. I was actually surprised at how good this Shakeology MRP shake tasted given the very good list of ingredients, including being completely vegan. It's not my favorite by any means, but it tastes pretty good even when mixed with just water. Adding some berries or other sweet fruit makes it even better. I do realize that this is more than just a protein powder, and that the addition of pro/prebiotics, greens, and other vitamins and minerals to make it a complete nutrient source makes this more expensive. But the price of over $5 per serving definitely ranks this up on the expensive list. If you are using this to completely replace meals however, it is actually a pretty reasonable cost. Definitely giving this vanilla Shakeology a thumbs up, with just a one star drop because the flavor is just oks and the price tag is pretty high.

I prefer to mix with milk not water. I really like the vanilla for my daily shakes. You can change the flavor a bit with a couple of teaspoons of free instant pudding.

Love this plant protein! Been using this branch for the past 5 1/2 years and it’s the only one that make me feel great after using it my smoothies. Love the clean ingredients it as well
