This is a good read for a Ted Lasso fan. Brings back some of the best moments on the show, and is a great reminder to be a better person, to check on others, and to forgive.

If you loved Ted Lasso this little book is so much fun. The show had some any hidden messages and really truly was a gem. This book looks into those messages and whether you caught them the first time through or not you'll get an inside look from this book. Great read

I am a Ted Lasso fan and at first thought this book would simply be funny. As I read I learned so much about psychological issues that I wouldn't have expected at all. It was such a good read, that I suggested the book to my social worker sister, who also is a Ted Lasso fan.

Mrs. Doug here, although Mr. Doug is a fan of Ted Lasso as well. This is a great little read, perfect for fans of Ted Lasso who'd like to incorporate a bit more Tedism in their lives.

I feel I should preface this review by saying I typically dislike self-help books and I'm not a fan of soccer! I happened on the Ted Lasso TV series on a flight, almost passing it by on the assumption it was a show about a soccer team. I'm so pleased I gave it a chance because I immediately fell in love with Ted, with his joyous outlook, quirky behaviors, and resolute focus on the positive aspects of life. As with the show, I also stumbled on this book by chance and I wasn't disappointed! It's an affordable easy-read that takes Ted's ideologies and offers practical suggestions on how to personally embrace his principles, which are skillfully expanded and well-researched by the author, who writes with humor and a human touch. Whether you apply the advice from this book at home or at work, remember 'if you care about someone, and you got a little love in your heart, there ain't nothing you can't get through together.'

So many inspiring and relatable situations plus greatcommentaries from the author. I do recommend this book because we are the ones In charge of the change through kindness and positivism.

If you felt connected to the series like I did, this book is for you. It explains the inner workings of Ted and his shenanigans, with an easy to read style. The book discusses many scenes from the show, and how they relate to reality. Each chapter has a nice little summary of how we can apply a little “Ted” to our lives. Definitely recommend.
