Love the simplicity of the system and easy setup. Comes with everything needed to get system up and running.Was a bit concerned about the stability of the tower, however with the water and the medium in, have had no issues.Planted up with a variety of plants including chillis, peppers, strawberries, beans, peas and cucumbers. After four weeks the plants are doing great.Now it's not the most elegant looking of growing systems but our priority is growing veg. The other negative is the instructions don't come in English so had to use a translator app. The hooks that hold the tower to the solution bucket could be better thought out but there do the job ok. The pump and timer comes with a two pin plug so had to buy an adaptor which was a little annoying.If it wasn't for the small issues it would have five star all the way

The media could not be loaded. The water reservoir came damaged, one of the parts was also missing...the tower isn't very stable if you throw a tennis ball to it, it can fall. I tried to pick up the 3 top layers and the whole thing collapsed.... water everywhere.......... I had high expectation since I really liked the design. I am returning this.There's also no English instructions, however, the instructions booklet had lots of pictures so it was easy to set up. Might buy again in the future, maybe I was just unlucky

Note that instructions are in Spanish. Fortunately you can download them off the Irisana website and stick them through Google Translate. The seeds it comes with are unlabelled though, so I have no idea what I've planted :)
