I had been using a very full feather pillow between my knees when side sleeping, so going to this which is far less full (and also left me without the rest of the pillow to hug) was an adjustment, however I continued trying it and I’m glad I did. This is super comfortable and a staple for my bedtimes now. I have boney knees so I need a buffer between them for sleeping on my side, and this works perfectly. It also helps the hip aches!

I’ve had really bad knee pain and flair ups out of nowhere - the worst would make it almost impossible to walk. The worst was not being able to sleep at night due to the swelling, or causing more damage whilst unconscious.I hopped straight on for something to elevate and hold my knee in place. This was the cheapest well reviewed option in Amazon and I will say - I see why. Arrived really nicely presented in a plastic zip bag, smells like foam but really soft and well made. Whilst not easy to sleep with at first, the strap really helps keep it in the right place and kinda forced me to sleep properly with a bend in my knee. Works well for back sleepers and side sleepers - also used as a head rest when reading haha!Since using I have had a scan to find I Hoffas pad syndrome from hyper extension of my joints. Something I’m now getting physio, insoles and swim sessions for. This pillow is still really helping but my flair ups are rare which is great! Also 5 months in - no wear at all to the pillow, amazing.Not cheap cheap, but great for price.

This pillow is absolutely brilliant! As someone who sleeps on their side, I’ve often woken up with hip or lower back discomfort, but this pillow has made a huge difference.The memory foam is just the right balance of firm and soft, providing excellent support without feeling too rigid. It stays in place throughout the night and perfectly aligns my legs, which has significantly reduced pressure on my hips and spine.The removable cover is soft, breathable, and easy to wash, which is a lovely bonus. It’s also compact and lightweight, making it ideal for travel.If you’re a side sleeper looking for better support and comfort, I can’t recommend this enough. 5 stars all the way!

It’s pretty comfy to sleep with, however the strap could have a better design as it isn’t suited to larger thighs. Considering returning as it’s difficult to sleep with a strap just hanging there untethered and nothing to hold the pillow in place.A D loop strap could be a better alternative however instead of metal maybe some heavy duty fabric?

What a difference to my sleep. Previously used one of the little heart shape pillows (I have arthritis in both knees). The pillow would end up all over and I woke up quite a lot in the night as I am a side sleeper and if there is no pillow between my knees they hurt.First night with this was great. Thought I might be conscious of the strap around my knee but it is soft and I didn’t really feel it. Best of all the pillow didn’t move and I woke up less during the night.

It's nice and firm, easy to use and stops me from getting hip pain. However, I'm a size 18 and the strap just goes round my leg.

Amazing product, has massively improved my sleeping! Great value for money
