Worked good in the freezer. A bit too cold for me at first but you get used to it. Really helped with puffiness around my eyes.

I'm really liking this gel eye mask! It's really comfortable to wear. I pop it in the freezer for an hour, then wear it for about 10 minutes it feels amazing and soothing on my eyes.The cold temperature helps reduce puffiness under my eyes, and I appreciate that it's not too cold to handle. I also like the little eye holes that let me see while I'm wearing it. This mask is decent quality, easy to use, and the velcro strap fits well around my head. So far, it hasn't stretched out, so I'm hoping it will last. I'm really happy with this gel eye mask it's definitely helped with my puffy eyes!

This TheraCare Gel Eye Mask is an average eye mask. This is just a cooling mask, not a duel heating one. Mask is to be placed in freezer/fridge for a minimum of 1 hour before use and not to exceed 20 minutes of use. Directions state to wrap in a towel or cloth with application but then what is the purpose of having the eye holes (which are pretty use anyways due to the very small size). The velcro works for now but it's pretty cheap and anticipating it losing it's hold quickly.

This eye mask is pretty basic and easy to useI keep it in the freezer so it’s nice and cold when I need to use it, and usually will leave it on for 10-15 mins and then take it off. So far it’s definitely done what it states so I’m happy!

The Thera Care Gel Eye Mask is made of clear plastic and contains an aqua-colored gel. The mask has tiny eye holes that you can see through if you don't wrap the mask before use in a towel. The instructions that come with the mask say to not apply directly to the skin, but the web page description says "direct to skin application". Just place the mask in the freezer for 1-2 hours, and it's cold, but does not become rigid. The velcro straps are a bit on rough side, and probably best used by those with lots of hair for comfort reasons. This is an economy mask at a reasonable price of $10.25. It gave me a headache when used without a towel, so I'd recommend using a towel. Recommended for occasional use only; if for regular use, I'd spend a bit more for a higher quality product.

This eye mask is nice! The strap is really long. It is large and fits my face well. I’m pleased and would recommend it.

The Velcro strap and overall design/quality of the mask feels a little cheap but it's functional. The gel does work well and provides cold that lasts (instructions say to only use it 20 minutes at a time).One thing that is confusing is that the box states, "direct to skin application", but the included instruction sheet says, "It is recommended that you wrap the compress in a towel or cloth before application". Which is it? I used it applied directly to the skin without issue.

Decently comfortable and stays cold for a bit, it doesn't stay cold for as long as I'd like but that's okay.
