Pros:- Love the design. I never usually get things that say Mama on it, and I'm not your typical "mama bear" shopper, but something about this mug made me have to get it. I adore the illustration and the soft pink color.- Great shape and size! Perfect for my morning coffee, or hot chocolate on a cold winter night (or whenever, I don't judge haha). Doesn't suck up too much cabinet space.- I like the black trim around the edge.- Handle is a nice size and shape for carrying.- This feels nice to drink out of! There's a bit of a lip so it doesn't spill when you drink it.- Works as good as any coffee cup I own, so great quality.Things to consider:- The color changing is a bit gimmicky. I'm not too attached to the "Mama" showing up, so it doesn't bother me that it doesn't work all the time. The water has to be VERY hot to get it to show up. I poured water from the faucet at its highest temp and it didn't elicit a color-change. It did work with my instant coffee for a bit. I think the design is cute enough to counteract this negative, however, since it makes the message a bit more subtle for those that aren't as into the mama bear aesthetic.- Not dishwasher safe! Don't ruin the cup by putting it in there. Can go in the microwave.Overall, I really love this cup and will continue using it!

Mother in law loved it, but I noticed that the black around the rim is real easy to smudge which is a shame. It looks and feels like a great mug, but it's also not dishwasher safe so that's something to watch out for. If they fix that smudge issue, this would be 5 stars. Even with that issue, it would still make a great gift!

This cup is pretty neat! I love how it changes color when you have your hot liquid poured in, and once it's cooled it goes back to just the outline of the bear.

The size is a bit larger than your typical mug, which is perfect for holding comfortably and filling to the brim!The design on my mug was crisp, clean and clear. It came in a cute box that clearly states it is a color-changing mug so there was no need to explain what it could do. The "mama" appears on the bear when you add really hot water to it. It worked great when we added boiling water to it, but did not appear at all when we added hot tap water to it. This mug is microwave safe, but needs to be hand-washed. The mug is not dishwasher safe, which is a bummer. Other than that, this mug is the perfect gift!
