I’ve been using the OPT7 AURA DreamColor underglow kit and it’s been amazing—the colors are vibrant, installation was straightforward, and it really makes my car stand out. Recently, I had an issue where my front strip was damaged by road debris. I reached out to OPT7 support and was blown away by their quick, professional, and friendly response. The kit was great, lights up and all pretty bright. Two of the strips started acting wonky so I contacted customer service and they were great they helped me out and were kind enough to send the replacements for the faulty LED strips

Received the kit to replace one that ripped on a driveway. Had a car show tonight, paid for overnight shipping, tested lights before installing and one strip didn’t work, one flickered, and the other two never synced and were constantly two diff colors, blue and pink. Needless to say, no lights for the car show tonight. Glad I tested before installing.

Crazy good underglow! The OPT7 kit is bright, clean, and super easy to install. The colors pop hard, the app works smooth, and it gives my car that perfect show look at night. Definitely worth every dollar.

This is a great light kit for those looking for an IC led system giving customized functionality and response to music or other sounds. Personally my installation was a bit challenging because of how I have the car modified. As a result I did smack a speed bump knock the strip off it fell and damaged and I lost the driver side light strip. Reaching out to Opt7 inquiring about purchasing a single replacement strip for that driver side, I was pleasantly surprised by the support's above and beyond effort in documenting my case and cause to damage so they can improve their product. As a loyal and trustworthy Opt7 consumer, they provided me a new strip to replace the damaged one at no cost. I do recommend the aluminum channel model of this product if you have any installation challenges or extremely low ride height as I do on both accounts.

The kits is alright for smaller cars/trucks. Severely disappointed my kit had 4x 36” strips and not the 2x 36” 2x 48” as advertised so the sides of the vehicle do not have light all the way down. Build quality feels about what you should get for the money. Functionality is nice it operates as intended Color options are very good for the money. The look and feel of the strips themselves are of a quality product but time will tell.

I purchased this product along with the interior lights because of the sync feature. Both work in unison and, once connected, are very easy to use. Installation was as expected installing undercarriage lights and interior lights, especially if you want it to look professional. Overall, the product quality is good, great if you factor in the price. Brightness is very good. Options for light colors and patterns is great at this price point. Highly recommend for those looking for that Fast 'n' Furious look without breaking the bank. Great job OPT7 Lighting.

They worked well for 3 usues. Colors were accurate and bright. Bluetooth worked fine with an engine bay install, remote worked as well from inside and outside vehicle. Adhesive seems strong after taking time to clean before installing(i used alcohol to clean the surface and let dry for 5 minutes before attaching) the included zip ties were dog water, recommend buying you own they would slip or break with little to no effort. After that half of the lighting started turning on on its own and would not shut off until i disconnected power, the bad side was also uncontrolable with remote or app and was flashing all kinds of colors. This obviously is a major flaw in the system and will cause people to end up stranded with a dead battery or being pulled over for having flashing lights unbeknownst to you if it should happen while driving and you dont notice it. I contacted opt7 to see of they had a fix for this to try and save my wasted time on installing which took several hours as im a perfecrionist when it comes to my car and didnt want them to be seen unless i wanted them to be. They have responded and sent a new strip of lights after a few back and forths (send video/pictures the first time to expedite the process) they were fairly responsive but ive seen other reviews with a similar situation so i will update with results after testing new strip. This does however seem to be a common issue with a glaring lack of quality control but they were significantly cheaper than competetors for what seemed to be the same product with different branding. Giving 2 stars simply for responsive costumer service and willingness to make right without too much hassle, it would be an easy 4/5 stars had the issue not have occured. UPDATE: The seller sent out a replacement strip in a very timely mannner and was helpful and responsive all around good customer service experience. HOWEVER, i hooked up the new strip before securing it and immediatley the other side started malfuctioning they same way. I will be returning the product because i dont have time to repeatedly install new strips although im sure they would keep sending them, its just not that important to me i got them for a little fun project with my son and its just not working out. I would recommend going a different route if this is something you really want, spend more to get a better product there are several other options out there.

Lights looks amazing, easy install, had a issue with one strip, the team replaced it right away. Thumbs up.

trying to do a claim in canada and it wont let me my car is a summer car and i havent driven my car in winters and when i do a solid color like red half is red and half is white this just started to happen but when i pick white its all white

For the price it’s hard to complain. Wish it was a bit brighter
